The basic model is available as a pure film packaging machine or as a combination machine with the SC 4530 LT shrink tunnel. The film packaging machine Compacta LT is suitable for fully automated packaging. Working in line, this light-barrier controlled packaging machine can be fed manually as well as automatically. Combined with a centre folded film, the film packaging machine produces a packaging that is sealed on three sides. With the well thought-out packaging system and the associated feeding systems, a top performance of up to 40 cycles per minute is possible, depending on the model and equipment of the packaging machine. Thanks to permanently heated sealing systems, all commercially available films, from polyethylene to polyolefin and PVC films, can be processed in this film packaging machine series. In combination with polyolefin film and the BVM cutter, the finest seals can be produced by the film packaging machine. The Compacta packaging machine can easily be converted via hand wheels with a format list, storable in the touch panel and including format data memory in the touch panel. This guarantees short conversion times for the film packaging machine as well as high production reliability. The Compacta LT is available with a sealing width of 500 mm for a format range of up to 450 mm.
