OMNIPRESS 800 is an electrically powered rotary compactor designed to press different recyclables into round-bales. OMNIPRESS 800 is capable to press foam rubber and shape-memory materials, paper and cardboard, wooden crates like those for fruit and vegetables, PET bottles, wrapping materials, Tetrapack, PP and PE film, big bags, textiles, aluminium film. OMNIPRESS 800 allows a volume reduction up to 70-75%, helping reduce significantly the costs for stocking, moving and transporting waste materials. The working place will finally be safer, cleaner and tidier. OMNIPRESS 800 was designed with the aim of being used also by unskilled operators. It represents an innovative step forward compared with traditional presses. Important technical improvements have been made such as the automatic bale wrapping and a new software card used to control the machine operation in real-time by identifying any error promptly (self-diagnosis).
