This Twin Sheet machine is the perfect solution for the production of hollow part through thermoforming technology. Accurate control of the heating system leads to good pinching between the two layers, which is the critical point of the application. ​Machine is available with manual loading or with fully automatic operations; in automatic configuration pre-heating of the sheets can be added with the advantages of the reduction of cycle time, a stronger pinching of the two sheets and a potential reduction of sheet thickness. ​Twin Sheet Machine is a very flexible machine with the possibility to have traditional vacuum forming or pressure forming upon demand. A robot for automatic placing of inserts can be integrated as well.
