OverviewThe CAP2700 headlight tester is designed for vehicle inspection centres, repair workshops and manufacturers. It combines an extra-large lens, Smart Control ergonomics and the S2700 software interface to measure, validate and adjust modern headlight systems.
Key features- Extra-large lens compatible with Halogen, Xenon, Bi‑Xenon, LED, Bi‑LED and Laser headlights
- Smart Control handle with integrated validation button for one‑hand operation
- S2700 software interface with remote PC display and input
- Touchscreen and digital measurement with inclinometer compensation
- Extended connectivity: WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac) and RJ45
- Quick maintenance access to electronic modules; long‑life lithium battery (use while charging)
Detailed descriptionThe CAP2700's 2.5x extra-large lens provides a short focal length in a compact housing, enabling evaluation of extra-wide optics, adaptive and smart headlights. Measurement is fully digital and compensated in real time by the inclinometer for precise results.
The Smart Control system centralises validation on the handle: the operator holds the unit with one hand, positions it and validates operations quickly. The S2700 interface improves comfort and productivity with an intelligent centring assistant and remote PC support.
Device design allows rapid maintenance and easy access to calibration and electronic modules, facilitating on-site servicing and remote assistance.
