CARINI Industria precision Bevel Gear Boxes have been fully made, at state of the art, inside our factory for more than 50 years. 12 different sizes, various mounting schemes and many ratios are available in our standard production. Their application is wherever a rotatory motion is required between two or more perpendicular shafts, for micro, medium or huge systems. Together with the “main purpose” of motion transmission, our bevel gear boxes have been improved to solve noisiness and heat dissipation, and to enhance performances and movement precision. This has been possible thanks to CARINI Industria high know-how level, we use our internal produced KLINGELNBERG® bevel spiral couples (see spiral bevel gears), lapped, grinded or manufactured with HPG technology. We can even manufacture GLEASON® version, on demand. CARINI Industria Bevel Gear boxes are cube-shaped, in order to be versatile: one face is always free and usable to be connected with every machinery. We can even customize the gearbox assembly e.g. with flanges: NO PROBLEM AT ALL! Wherever a long-lasting bevel gearbox is needed, with strict tolerance ratio and high reliability, our gearboxes find their natural application.
