Worm screws and crowns allow the transmission of motion between orthogonal axes, also reaching a very high reduction ratio, while maintaining a remarkable compactness and high precision level. Motion is transferred from the screw to the wheel. Generally, we use steel for the worm and bronze for the wheel. Carini Industria is specialized in manufacturing these groups, both as new product and overhaul. Product quality, and therefore its control, has always been the milestone of Carini Industria, and also in this case the process is guaranteed by the complete internal production chain. We also have accurate computerized measurement systems to issue control certificates reporting the class obtained. Traditionally we have specialized in the construction of duplex gears groups with variable pitch and backlash free, built on standard DIN 3 or, on demand, considering the requested measure, on standard DIN 2.
