The Binks pressure tank is made from heavy gauge steel with forged steel clamps St St & Carbon Steel Plated, which is why it is fully approved and CE marked to the updated pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC. These tanks are used to permit the coating material, either solvent or water-borne coating to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, continuously agitated and then supplied in bulk to constantly sustain the correct spraying thickness and pressure. It is equipped with easy to operate air regulators, safety pressure relief valves. There are manual, rotary or oscillating agitation types available to provide the best possible agitation. The inner liners reduce cleaning time and saves coating material.
