Carlisle Brake & Friction's NF-785 disc brake pad compound is a low metallic, molded friction material with a high coefficient of friction. At Carlisle, we manufacture our own non-asbestos organic lining materials, which are used in most disc brake systems. These materials are selected through extensive laboratory and field testing in order to ensure they meet the requirements for friction coefficient, lining wear, disc wear, thermal conductivity and structural integrity under various conditions.
