Overview
The NPC series are WIFI data nodes for inspection authorities, service technicians, safety test operations and digital workshop networks. They wirelessly transmit brake tester measured data via the ASA livestream interface to production systems and mobile devices. Cartesy also supplies customizable OEM sensors and integrates the full ASA network manager (netman) in a compact ABS housing.

NPC-2016 — Verification, transmission and documentation of the ASA livestream interface
The NPC-2016 is a mobile plug & play solution for routine testing and calibration checks of roller brake testers. It enables regulation-compliant verification and logging (BPS 2011/2021) of the ASA livestream interface, live transmission of measured values and retrieval via WIFI on smartphones or tablets without a PC or router. The device features a diversity WIFI antenna, status LEDs, an intuitive app and an integrated rechargeable battery (runtime > 12 h). The full ASA network manager (netman) is included with no license fees. The housing is scratch-resistant ABS and includes a recessed magnetic holder for mounting to metal control or display cabinets.

ANW CONNECT BOX (NPC-2014 NG)
The NPC-2014 NG connects a brake tester, the SP adapter and the AÜK/SP-Plus software in a stable WIFI network. Brake values and reference pressure are processed live in AÜK/SP-Plus, eliminating manual data entry. The plug & play box operates without changes to existing network configurations or workflows. It is fully supported by TAK and AÜK/SP-Plus and requires an ASA livestream interface. The full ASA network manager (netman) is included. The unit is supplied in a scratch-resistant ABS case and can be permanently mounted using the magnetic holder.

NPC LiveStudio App
The NPC LiveStudio App is a manufacturer-independent universal brake tester display for smartphones and tablets. It works with any car or truck roller brake tester equipped with an ASA livestream interface and adapts to different screen sizes while offering modern visualization and an intuitive user interface for immediate evaluation of brake efficiency tests.
