Description
Alloy powder for "one-step" anti-wear protective coating and rebuilding of all types of metals, except pure copper and magnesium.
Applications include shaft bearings and journals, trunnions, fan blades, wear rings, shaft sleeves and roller bearing races.
No deformation or structural change in base metal.
Suitable for thin coatings.
Hard, machinable deposit.
Best surface finish achieved by grinding.
Applied by "cold" spray process, using CastoDyn DS 8000 torches.
