Cat® switchgear harmonizes, integrates and monitors a variety of elements for monitoring and controlling of Cat® generator set in a single-source package readily available from 600V through 15 kV. The incorporation of the Cat generator into its customer's facility provides switchgear aligned for the specified applications ranging from single standby/load management to multi-unit utility paralleling installations. Whichever the case maybel, Cat switchgear uniquely delivers a remote communication capability for monitoring and control of the total system selected. Cat switchgear engages a feature rich microprocessor based control system combined with a user friendly touchscreen interface. The entire system can be organized from the switchgear-mounted touchscreen, or it can be managed from a remote site through a personal computer of the customer.
