Chamber furnace with protective gas atmosphere up to 1700 °C
Chamber furnace with water cooled, gas tight chamber. The furnace canbe used up to 1700 °C with protective gas atmosphere. An oxygen sensor monitors the O2-content in the exhaust gas. To increase the purity of the atmosphere, a vacuum pump can be used to evacuate the chamber before starting the process.
