Dewatering press

This equipment is a designed to dewater, unpack and separate coarse residues. By pressing the water and pasty components in the material are driven through the perforations of the screen basket so as to achieve separation. The material entered through the feed hopper is pushed by the screw shaft to the outlet. Back pressure is established by a press cone at the outlet. When the pressure of the material exceeds the back pressure, the press cone will be pushed away, the dry material is discharged from the outlet. This back pressure drives the water and away from the material through the screen perforation and collected underneath. Efficient dehydrating technique resulting in drier output material.
