QIROX QR-CS-70-Flex Compact system: Your customised solution for automated welding of medium-sized and complex workpieces The QIROX QR-CS-70 compact system has a 2-station workpiece positioner with vertical rotation and counter bearing. All relevant components are mounted on a common H-frame so that the robot and the positioning system become one. The integrated glare shield incl. two manual sliding doors which are opened by the robot itself allows simultaneous work in both stations. So the member of staff on one side can remove the welded workpieces whilst the welding process takes place at the other station. All robot and positioner axes are fully synchronised. This provides excellent welding results, reduces the secondary processing times and speeds the entire process run enormously.
