POT is powerful tool for cutting almost any material. With high oscillation stroke it cuts rubber, PVC, reboards, heavy foams, hard gaskets, but also light materials. Its industrial design offers high efficiency and reliability in everyday operation. Long tool life is also important, only carbide knives are used here. Oscillation is created by a source of clean compressed air with a pressure of 6 bar. Oscillation range is a full 8 mm at a frequency of 9.000 strokes per minute! Knives are available in lengths from 6 mm up to 115 mm! With such a tool you can cut foam up to a thickness of 100 mm. Pneumatic knife can be equipped with a pressure foot which presses on the material to be cut and prevents it from lifting during cutting. This also allows faster cutting. Pneumatic oscillating knife is available for COMAGRAV DIGI, DIGI CORSA, NOTUS and NOTUS PLUS. For cutting heads, we recommend installing a vacuum table with a vacuum pump (same is used for milling) together with a special cutting pad.
