The blanks-collecting unit is designed to handle produced blanks from the blanking line, incorporating several key features. It includes a vision control system for quality checks on the produced blanks. A laser unit is integrated to apply serial numbers, QR codes, data matrix codes, and barcodes on the passing blanks. There’s also a reject collection tray for fallen blanks. Completing the setup is a stacker equipped with a buffer belt, ensuring efficient handling of finished blanks.
