YJ23F9 motors apply for dragging and controlling of voltage supply type frequency converter and can be used for driving lift winch, mud pump and figure plate etc. of drilling machine, they can also be used as drag motor for other varying frequency speed regulating device.
2. Structure features
The structure of YJ23F9 motors is horizontal, single standard extension shaft three phase cage asynchronous motor. Extension taper is 1:9.6 with oil slots for removing coupler by hydraulic force. The motor is forced-ventilation type with blower
Grade Safety IP44 of Motor is force-ventilated motor, which blower motor has two poles and is blast motor (EX Ⅱ BT4), which should use in no acetylene environment.
Stator core is laminated with circular punching laminations of 0.5mm high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. The motor frame is of steel sheet welded structure. There is axial ventilating duct between core back and motor frame. Stator coils are conductors taped with FCR fusing film.
Bus ring is wounded with copper busbar. After insulating wrap, four bus rings shall be fixed on the core press ring through supporting and clamping unit. Winding leads are connected with bus rings terminals by high-strength bolts, and the leads are marked respectively with U, V, W phases.
The frame heads are of easting structure. Rotor is of copper bar squirrel-cage structure where there are double-row axial ventilating ducts. Conductor bar, end ring, protective ring are all made of special high-strength copper alloy.
