A particularly precise and stable design characterizes the DATRON IR0300 In-Line dispensing system. This ensures years of continuous operation and constant quality even under high stress. The free-arm design makes this system particularly easy to use in in-line operation. Digital I/O's ensure optimal data exchange between the higher-level control and the DATRON VDispenser software. Up to two dispensing heads can be in use simultaneously. Dispensing from cartridges or feeders (for example hobbocks or drums) is possible. Sensors for compensation of part height and needle deviation ensure high process reliability.
