Data exchange with the control system of the corresponding handling systems takes place via digital inputs and outputs. In a proven manner, the selection of the respective program as well as the control and regulation of the programmed dispensing volumes is carried out automatically via DATRON's VDispenser dispensing software. Various interchangeable dispensing heads form the heart of the dispensing system. These enable a wide variety of sealants and adhesives to be processed reliably. Simple mechanical and also electrical integration into production lines ensures a manageable and firmly calculable cost framework. Other gantry systems with larger formats are available on request.
