The original round design of the Cool-Cast™ nozzle has a lower initial capital cost than the block design yet still provides the same outstanding spray cooling performance and operational characteristics of the block version. A full range of nozzles in different sizes are available for both assembly types and f igures are available further in this brochure showing the relevant air consumption and liquid flow rates at a range of air and liquid pressures. Data contained in this brochure is for guidance only. Normal manufacturing tolerances are +/- 5%.
