Delavan GA air atomizing spray nozzle can atomize almost all liquids, which are flowable under gravity head. It usually produces a a long narrow cloud of mist or fog with fine atomization. It allows air and liquid to be mixed externally. The pattern is of full cone spray type. The precision made nozzle ensures maximum possible atomization by using compressed air or other gas/steam as medium. The nozzle is of siphon type. In this type, a negative pressure is exerted on the liquid orifice by the gas pressure. This draws up the liquid, which is to be atomized. If needed, supply of liquid is possible under slight pressure. Higher flow rates can be provided on special request. The standard materials are brass and stainless steel with other materials available on request.
