Description

Deprag MINIMAT-EC screwdriver series are flexible tools designed for the most demanding situations. It allows the free programming for any screw tightening operation you may require.
It is capable of programing all the necessary parameters such as stand by time, speed, torque, and rotating direction. Each feature can be defined separately and then included to the assembly line. Managing the process in this way allows high precision and accurate measuring system which allows detailed process reliability monitoring.
The EC spindle uses the brushless technology and combined with the AST screwdriver controller it provides it produces the high flexibility and total process control. This screwdriver provides high torque due to high dynamics of the process and that allows proper tightening of the screws. It has an integrated torque and angle measurement system which allows which provides the precise control of the tightening process and that provides high accuracy and a reliable documentation about the process parameters.
For operating the handheld screwdriver, there has to be used AST 11 sequence controller which has its own power source. This controller has all the standard programs for tightening, fastening, torque and loosening the fasteners. These parameters can be adjusted using the keyboard on the very controller.
Easy to understand software add-ons are also available and they provide gathering of the data and their analysis displayed through the graphics. It further provides the process analysis through the basic parameters.
The positioning stand allows even further monitoring and analysis when it comes to the position dependent processes.
