The Micromat-EC/Minimat-EC screwdriver series of Deprag Company are flexible tools made for the most demanding situations. They allow the free programming for any screw tightening operation required.
They are fully programmable by various parameters such as speed, torque, and rotating direction and stand by time. Each of these parameters is programed separately before including into the assembly line. This approach allows precise operations and accurate measuring of torque with detailed process monitoring.
The spindle on these devices uses the AST screwdriver controller and brushless technology to achieve high flexibility and full process control. These screwdrivers generate high torque and exceptionally high dynamics for secure tightening of screws. Its measurement and torque control integrated systems provide precise control of the entire process and it finally results in high accuracy and reliable documentation of the process data.
The AST 10 sequence controller is needed for operations with manual screwdrivers and that controller comes with its own power source. It uses a standard program for torque, fastening, tightening and loosening the fasteners. The keyboard on the controller is used to adjust the parameters.
The software these devices use is very user-friendly and various add-ons are available. They collect the data and conduct the analysis and display the results on the graphic markers. This makes the entire process analysis easy.
If the positioning stand is used it allows even more detailed monitoring in terms of the position dependent processes.
Micromat EC is available only in the straight design execution as the option and it has the torque from 3 to 80 Ncm.
The Minimat EC comes in angle head, straight and pistol-grip option and has a torque range of 0.06 to 18 Nm for straight setup and pistol-grip and 0.4 to 25 Nm for angle head setup.
