The steel straps are connected via laser welding spot lines after binding by this automatic steel strapping machine.
This laser welding joint on steel strapping is super strong, the connection strength is up to 90% of the steel strapping itself.
1. Accurate positioning of strapping process, the tolerance is within 1mm
2. The strapping machine can help compress the battery module, the compression force can be set according to customer's requirements, and it's adjustable.
3. The automatic strapping machines help to compress the battery module to a set height, the tolerance of the height is within 0.1mm(controlled by servo motor)
4. The automatic strapping machine can help locating the battery module, the tolerance of location accuracy of all 6 sides is within 0.5mm
5. The tensioning strength during strapping can be set in a range as per customers' requirements, the tolerance is less than 5kg, and it's adjustable within this range.
6. The whole strapping process won't damage the appearance or quality of steel strapping
7. The strapping strength for the strapped battery module equals the tensioning strength
8. The distance between the welding position on the steel strapping and the strapping end is less than 5mm, which prevents steel strapping from curling up.
