Di-Acro's 6 Series of power-operated benders are integrated with modifiable stops that permit bending functions, complete with varying degrees. The machines feature new control systems that support operator safety levels, PLC-controlled bending functions that minimized set-up time, and ergonomically-positioned two-hand safety switches. They exhibit built-in encoders, adjustable "home" position proximity switches that deliver manual/automatic selection, and "real-time" bend angle displays and part counters. 4" bore cylinders that actuate the heads, self-contained hydraulic power modules complete with 10-gallon reservoirs, and rack-and-pinion designs are also showcased. Other features of the 6 Series Power-Operated Benders include modifiable volume, pressure-compensated vain pumps. These pumps deliver volume control capabilities for bending speed. Incorporated dual-solenoid directional valves that replace the manual valves for increased reliability and repeatability are also sported by the bending units.
