The ServiceCart H2 is a mobile service cart designed to assist workshop technicians with maintenance and service operations on hydrogen systems in vehicles. The unit performs key service functions automatically to ensure safe handling of hydrogen in low-pressure vehicle systems up to 60 bar.

Main functions

• Depressurisation of the hydrogen system (low-pressure system max. 60 bar)
• Inertisation of the system with nitrogen
• Residual gas measurement to confirm the system is hydrogen-free
• Purging with forming gas for subsequent leak testing
• Leak testing to detect leaks after service

Usage
The device is intended for hydrogen systems with a maximum service pressure of 60 bar. Pipe systems with higher pressure must be isolated using shut-off devices in the vehicle prior to service.
