This sterile white rail has a 6,000mm bar maximum length and a 3.5% flow gradient, depending on which type of box is used. It has an extruded plastic sheet, specially designed to enhance bending capabilities in order to avoid dirty areas. The bar is precisely cut with a tolerance of +/-1mm. On a flat surface, the vertical load capacity per wheel exceeds 15kg. The first wheel, all bars and end position are assembled at the client’s request. The wheels are crafted from pure polypropylene for the purpose of avoiding breakage upon impact. The Ø3mm axles are made of stainless steel. In the base, there is a choice of holes to facilitate the evacuation of solids and liquids during the cleaning process.
