Impregnating agent based on siloxane for imparting façades water repellent. Also protects the surface against frost, (environmental) pollution and green deposit and helps keeping the original aspect. Silane-/siloxane mixture, dissolved in aromatic free and odourless organic solvent. Reacts with air humidity or with the moisture present in the surface. Owing to this reaction, a stable insoluble final product forms, which settles as silicone resins system on the pore walls. The surface obtains a permanent water-repellent effect with retention of water vapour permeability.
