The DoALL D900 is an economically priced diamond saw for cutting friable materials including silicon, quartz and glass. Designed to use 1.25" (32MM) wide grit edged saw bands, Model D900 has a 35" (900mm) throat with a 16" (400mm) work height that accommodates a wide range of material sizes. It features 36" (915mm) wheels to minimize band fatigue, an electric ball screw-controlled table with a 35" (900mm) stroke for greater productivity, and a variable frequency 15 HP (11.25kW) AC drive with band speeds from 1000 - 5000 fpm to permit cutting of a wide variety of materials. The D900’s simple design features a band speed and feed rate control from the operator panel, resulting in reduced operating costs, minimal maintenance and lower total cost of ownership.
