Bi-Metal: Carbon steel backing with a micro welded strip of HSS for tooth material. Provides the flexibility of carbon steel with the abrasion and heat resistance of HSS.
Tungsten Carbide: Tungsten carbide edge for tough and abrasive work pieces such as titanium, inconel and cast aluminums.
Carbon: Carbon backing gives these blades great flexibility - they stand up well to the bending and twisting that a saw band must endure.
Grit Edge: Grit edge blades can cut hardened steels, brittle materials like glass, silicon and quartz, and very abrasive materials like fiberglass composites. An abrasive edge of either tungsten carbide or diamond grinds through such materials.
