Grummets are made from one-layer round strand wire rope with fibre or steel core. 6 legs are arranged around a core rope in the shape of a screw. Due to the high amount of wires processed (at least 7 x 6 x 19 = 798 up to 7 x 6 x 37 = 1554 wires), grummets are very flexible. They are preferably used in heavy-lift areas. In excess of the rope diameters listed in the tables, grummets with 120 mm, with 600 t carrying capacity per pair and higher are available.
