Paternoster ovens from Dreisbach & Jungmann. Time-intensive heat treatment processes in the smallest possible space. Space is a scarce ressource in many industrial and production companies and often cannot be expanded or only at great expense. If you also reach spatial limits in your heat treatment processes and simply have no space left to integrate a conveyor belt furnace into the production process, we have the right solution for you: A paternoster furnace gets by with a considerably smaller footprint than a chamber furnace, yet both are comparable in performance and processing time. This is possible because the workpieces in paternoster furnaces can be moved into different temperature zones one above the other, as in a lift. Paternoster ovens are compact. A paternoster oven combines the advantages of chamber and conveyor belt ovens, i.e. uniform heating and exact process times, with a particularly small footprint. Our self-developed paternoster furnaces guarantee stable, uniform heat treatment processes and high energy efficiency, yet take up only half the floor space of a comparable continuous furnace. Paternoster furnaces are reliable. As with all our furnaces, specially developed control processes are used in the paternoster solutions, which allow the furnace to be adjusted exactly to the individual customer requirements. This enables us to design each heat treatment process optimally, if required also CQI-9-compliant. Paternoster furnaces are cost-efficient. Each of our industrial furnaces incorporates the experience of more than 30 years and numerous international projects.
