OverviewThe TcAg (DynaLogger family) is a wireless IoT sensor designed to assess defect tendency and severity in rotating machines in line with ISO 20816. It integrates a simultaneous triaxial MEMS accelerometer and a contact temperature sensor, sending minute-by-minute telemetry to an online platform without local software installation. Product identifiers: PN 101101 · NCM 9027.89.99 · HS 9027.89 · Datasheet Version 7 · March 2026.
Platform tools- Removal of data recorded while the machine is stopped
- Alert configuration and email notifications
- Moving averages and data smoothing
- Data aggregation and comparison between monitoring points
- Predictability metrics, including average time to alert level A2
Features- Compact size: 36.6 × 33.6 × 18.7 mm; weight 33.8 g
- Long-life battery: 3 V cell, estimated 5-year autonomy under standard conditions
- Simple mounting: adhesive bonding directly to equipment
- Configurable telemetry: interval from 1 to 60 minutes
- True simultaneous triaxial measurement: x, y and z measured at the same time
- Remote firmware and configuration updates
Applications- General rotating machinery condition monitoring
- Machine structures: chassis, pins, suspensions, springs and rails
- Hydraulic cylinders and coated piping
- Rail and rolling stock components: bogies, bearings, stands and rollers
- Electrical components: busbars, transformer terminals and panels
- Brakes and occupational vibration monitoring
Installation- Choose the monitoring points. Identify machine critical points before installation.
- Use one sensor per point. TcAg is triaxial; one unit covers each monitoring point.
- Mount on rigid parts. Prefer locations near bearings, centered on the component; avoid thin fins, covers or shields.
- Align the axes. Align one sensor axis (x, y or z, marked on the body) with the machine axis.
- Cover both sides of motors. Install sensors on drive side (DS) and non-drive side (NDS) when appropriate.
- Glue the sensor. Clean the surface and apply approved adhesive over the full sensor base.
