Description

Designed for the regeneration and backwashing of Ion exchange resins beds used on the treatment of liquid sugar and water. Automatic control of all regeneration steps. Assures the correct flow + speed inside de vessel + contact time which are essential for efficient regeneration of the beds. Controls automatically the temperature in each step by using modulating steam valve. Several recipes can be stored in the control system. The same equipment can be used for several purposes. Savings in water by measurement of rinse water conductivity to assure efficient rinse. Salt used for preparing the regeneration solution is dosed in the floor level. Automatic dosing of caustic in the regeneration step. Dual use of the tank – Store of salt solution for regeneration and backwash of the resins. Allow the charge of new resins beds in the columns in the floor level. Tank designed for high efficiency and fast backwashing process. Dosing pump for acid dosing included.
