Description

CIPP Liner Production Line What is CIPP Fiber Liner Hose Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a modern-day trenchless solution for rehabilitating damaged underground drains, sewer and portal water lines without the need for excavation. It begins with a video inspection of the pipe system to locate the damage. After identifying the damage, jetting or the use of high-pressure water jets is performed to clean the pipe. Then a flexible CIPP liner hose made of resin-impregnated fabric is inserted into the damaged pipe, which is inflated and cured using heat (steam or hot water) or UV light. Finally, the liner is deflated, leaving a new pipe inside. The cured-in-place pipelining process restores pipe structural integrity, eliminates infiltration and root ingress, protects pipelines from chemical attack, improves water quality, and increases pipeline flow capacity. Main Attributes of Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining CIPP trenchless technology is particularly desirable due to the following attributes: - Cost-Effective: CIPP lining is perceived as cost-effective. While pipe lining services may cost more upfront, they are more affordable in the long run. - Big range: Diameter from 6” (150mm) to 78” (2000mm), and in thicknesses from 2.4mm to 18mm in 1mm increments. - Fast and efficient: CIPP lining is a fast and efficient pipeline rehabilitation method, often completed in several hours, reducing labor costs. - Renovation of pipelines inaccessible for traditional excavation methods: CIPP lining does not require excavation of yards, pavements, or driveways. - Long-lasting: Fully structural repair designed to be a 50-year solution. - Useful for various applications: Glass matrix in the lining material increases structural strength, mitigates shrinkage, and allows for a thin wall to repair cast-iron, concrete, or plastic pipes. - Low coefficient of friction improves flow efficiency. - Eliminates disruption to traffic caused by open excavation. - Can be used immediately after installation. CIPP Fiber Liner Hose Production Line This production line adopts the latest technology to produce the CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) fiber liner hose. The online fully automatic and high precision resin metering and mixing system, fully automatic powerful vacuum system, ultra-flat impregnation and flattening system ensure high production speed, full impregnation of fiber and resin, uniform thickness, and lower resin consumption. - Dry Liner Production: The dry liner machine folds inner film, multi-layer fiber fabric, non-woven fabric, and outer film into dry CIPP liner hose automatically. - High precision and automatic metering and mixing system: The system is equipped with individual raw material supplying units and a water heating constant temperature tank to keep resin viscosity stable. Resin and additives are metered, mixed, and injected into the dry CIPP liner with high precision by a fully closed high precision metering pump. - Strong vacuum and resin injection: Fully automatic powerful vacuum pump system equipped with several vacuum pumps, working automatically and controlled by PLC. This system guarantees the vacuum of dry CIPP liner before resin injection and improves the impregnation of fiber and resin. - Liner Flatten: Ultra-flat platform and multiple automatic flatten trolleys flatten the CIPP liner with resin to ensure uniform thickness and full impregnation. - Finishing: The impregnated liner is cut and sealed according to the customer’s required length. - Folded and package: Qualified finished product will be folded in a wooden package. Product: CIPP fiber glass liner production machine Application: Production of CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) fiber liner hose Technology: Fully automatic, high precision resin metering and mixing, vacuum system, impregnation and flattening system Diameter range: 6” (150mm) to 78” (2000mm) Thickness range: 2.4mm to 18mm (1mm increments) Features: Cost-effective, fast, efficient, long-lasting, minimal disruption, immediate usability
