CIPP Liner Production Line What is CIPP Fiber Liner Hose Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a modern-day trenchless solution for rehabilitating damaged underground drains, sewer and portal water lines without the need for excavation. It begins with a video inspection of the pipe system to locate the damage. After identifying the damage, jetting or the use of high-pressure water jets is performed to clean the pipe. Then a flexible CIPP liner hose made of resin-impregnated fabric is inserted into the damaged pipe, which is inflated and cured using heat (steam or hot water) or UV light. Finally, the liner is deflated, leaving a new pipe inside. The cured-in-place pipelining process restores pipe structural integrity, eliminates infiltration and root ingress, protects pipelines from chemical attack, improves water quality, and increases pipeline flow capacity. Resin and additives are metered, mixed, and injected into the dry CIPP liner with high precision by a fully closed high precision metering pump. - Strong vacuum and resin injection: Fully automatic powerful vacuum pump system equipped with several vacuum pumps, working automatically and controlled by PLC.
