The 8LT hermetic series is a receptacle connector with stainless steel housing with rack and panel system for blind mating based on MIL-DTL-38999 series I standard. 8LT hermetic connectors are available in jam-nut for a simple replacement and a high density solution is available by using contacts size 22. The 8LT hermetic connector allows a mating in misalignment conditions in 3 axis direction and the receptacle is fixed and has to be used with a corresponding floating plug.
