Internal burnishing tool IT8 / IT9, max. 1 µm | GZ

The GZ Series is composed of roller burnishing tools developed by Ecorolloration Tool Technology. They are specifically designed to work with the SK peeling head for finish machining cylinder liners. In addition, the skiving and burnishing are separate processes. The roller burnishes can also be utilized in deep hole boring machines with BTA boring systems. When the machining of the roller head automatically collapses, the tool can have immediate retraction without causing damages to the work piece.
