Surface skimmer Sprut-2

Oil skimmer system “Sprut-2” manufactured by the company «ECOservice-NEFTEGAZ» is designed for oil/petroleum products skimming from water surface (capacity – up to 30 m3/h). Skimmer system «Sprut-2» allows to use interchangeable oil recovery cartridges of oil/brush-, drum- or disk-type. All cartridges are made of polypropylene. Optimal choice of the skimmer intake unit provides the most effective skimming of oil/petroleum products of variable viscosity. The skimmer capacity varies according to the gathered oil/petroleum products viscosity and the type of applying intake unit. The maximum skimmer capacity for average viscous oils is reached with catridges of brush-type. For some operations including pumping oil from the reservoir it is possible to use dischargeable pump that can work without skimmer floating head unit.
