Description

Up to 1.500 kg per hour, depending on kind, size and quality of the product. Products: Leafy vegetables, also available for hard vegetables. Additional specifications: Low energyconsumption. The Eillert belt drying system is carried out with blower units, of which the strength of the air flow can be set to the exact need. The belts are widely usable for many products (tomatoes, cucumbers, paprika) in a range of capacities.The systems can also be integrated in production lines for drying bean sprouts. A large advantage and unique with respect to e.g. drying tunnels is the compact construction and the relatively low use of energy of this drying belt.If desired, the belt could be provided with frequency controlled belt shakers and/or suction units. The combination of different techniques gives an optimum final result of the process. In a cassette in the evacuation canal, water is separated from the air and removed separately.Ask for the various possibilities and applications.
