Carrot vegetable cutting machine BL-1000A (VAR)

Capacity: up to approx. 5.000 kg. per hour depending on required slicing size and product. Products: Carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, bell pepper and fruit. Additional specifications: Available with 2 speeds as well as with variable speed (suitable for all kinds of products), frame on machine feet or optionally on wheels, slicing sizes ranging from 2 up to 25 mm. The universal stripping-dicing machine is constructed with a three fase cutting system which is mainly developed to cut rooted vegetables into slices, strips and dices. Through the well thought-out system there is hardly any pressure on the product, so there will be no loss of juice, increasing the shelf life and quality of the product. The driving compartment is completely separated from the cutting compartment. Two doors make the stripping/dicing machine easy to access. This makes the cutting sets easily and quickly interchangeable and the machine easy to clean and maintain. The machine is available with two speeds or with variable adjustable speed, enabling the centrifugal strength and cutting speed to be adjusted to the product to be cut.
