The required mold temperature in plasticinjection machines should be at hightemperature against freezing and not deformingits structure while filling process, and After filling, it should be in cold temperature to get ready to be separated from the mold. For this reason, it isrecommended to use MIT Heat Regulators inplastic injection machines to provide thermalstability. The products in our production form the idealconditions for the high temperature liquid product to enter and move into the mold as heating the mold. When the filling process is completed,thermoregulators start cooling the mold and allows the products to be formed. By this way, it provides that the visual quality is reached to the maximum level by preparing the mold under themost suitable conditions for liquid plastic during filling and provides that shortened the cycle time with a quick cooling after filling process.
