'Orange Band' Liquid Petroleum Gas hose according to EN1762 are used as reel hose for supplies to domestic and industrial storage tanks, as pump hose for vehicle refuelling, for bulk loading and unloading from rail tankers, road tankers and ships. Suitebale for L. P. Gas acc. to EN 589 as well as propane, butane, and other L. P. Gases. As the hose lining is resistant to diffusion the hose is also suitable for natural gas. Not suitable for ammonia. Type LPG Size: DN 10 - 100 without helix. DVGW-approved. Lining NBR. W.P. 25 bar. Type LPGS For special suction / pressure operation needs with stainless steel helix, is available on request. Assembling and tests For L.P. Gas hoses, only suitable safety fittings acc. to EN 14422 or EN 14424 may be used which can be mounted tightly. According to EN 1762, hose assembling must include a mandatory pressure and conductivity test. Distribution usually by authorized distributors, agents and subsidiaries. OEMs are supplied directly by ELAFLEX.
