Description

Dry Disconnect Couplings are used within wet hose systems to connect and disconnect hose and pipe quickly and without spillage, under pressure. This is recommended for aggressive and environmentally dangerous media. DDC serve for loading and unloading (top- and bottom loading), transfer and distribution of chemicals, petroleum based products, AdBlue and biofuels, pharmaceuticals, paints, foodstuff and hazardous waste. Among other, DDC are in operation on road and rail tankers, loading arms, manifolds and IBC containers. Mann Tek brand (a subsidiary of ELAFLEX). Materials: Brass, aluminium, stainless steel. Special materials on request. All DDC are also available with NPT thread or flange connection. Compatible with dry couplings from Emco, Avery Hardoll, Todo. Dry Disconnect Couplings (DDC) Type DDC-M. Female (hose unit) with integrated swivel. Corresponds to NATO STANAG 3756. Can be coupled up to 7 bar. PN 25 bar (PN 16 for Aluminium). Type DDC-V. Male non swiveling tank unit according NATO STANAG 3756. Can be coupled up to 7 bar. PN 25 bar (PN 10 for Aluminium). Dry Gas Couplings (DGC) Type DGC-M and DGC-V für LPG application, propan and butane. Stainless steel version. DN 25 - 100. Dry Aviation Couplings (DAC) Type DAC-M and DAC-V for aviation and military refuelling systems. DN: 65. Working pressure up to 10 bar. Meets ISO 45 / MS24484 / NATO STANAG 3105 / British Aerospace Specification 2C14. Accessories: Dust plugs and caps. Swivels and Safety Break-Away couplings.
