Painting conic caps and protections (available in different colors in according to the applications and the needs)
Description
The conic caps are very used for covering the products, which have to be painted, from cataphoresis, dust and more; are used for speeding the cleaning operations of the post-painting pieces. They are especially practical, quick and recyclable for a lot of time, moreover they permit a high saving of time. For several years our clients use this system for protecting the parts that no need to be painted; they are produced in two materials, VMQ (silicone) and EPDM (rubber). The cylindrical caps made of silicone resist to 300°C and those that are made of rubber resist to 160°C. We produce them in several colors in according to the practical and esthetic needs of our clients.
Recommended rubber compound for this product are:
VMQ Silicone Rubber (standard)
SBR Styrene-Butadiene Rubber
