ELKOMIX-240 is engineered as a stationary plant optimized for long-term use at a fixed site. The modular approach reduces transport complexity and shortens installation time compared with many conventional stationary plants. The plant includes an aggregate holding hopper that can weigh and hold materials for the next batch while the mixer is running, and ELKON's high-speed aggregate loading system can be fitted to reduce cycle time and maximize production efficiency. Aggregate storage bin configurations are flexible (3, 4, 5, 6 or more compartments) depending on requirements. The plant can also be supplied with two mixers on the same structure to double production capacity or to produce two different concrete mixes simultaneously. ELKON offers layout customization to fit site constraints and optimize space and productivity.
