OverviewThe Eltex Tension Monitor (ETM) is an on-line device for sewing machines and similar applications. The device monitors thread tension and functions as a thread break detector, helping operators maintain the required tension range for optimal seam quality. The ETM 422 is designed for OEM integration and communicates with the host machine controller via an RS422 interface. Eltex supplies the communication protocol.
CalibrationEltex provides accredited calibration for this unit. The calibration method is approved according to ISO/IEC 17025.
