Heating with steam is the most promising and economical way. Thanks to the special heat-exchange system, fast heating of oil is ensured, and it will not overheat or turn rancid.
One of the major advantages of steam heating is the high intensity of heating. There is practically no inertia. Steam heating alone can make the fryer ready for use in just a few seconds, and when the steam supply is turned off, the oil can be quickly cooled in the system.
Because our company uses special heat exchangers in making these continuous fryers, high-pressure steam can be applied even with a design of lower material consumption. The wall of the heat exchanger is relatively thin, which passes heat at the highest efficiency.
Steam fully condensates thanks to the precise regulation, and in the form of water it is fed back into the steam generator.
