Single-screw measuring extruder KE-M

The SKETmatik measuring extruder is specifically designed with a flexible structure. This machine has the capability of measuring the melt pressure and temperature at several places along the barrel. Positioned after the screw tip are additional sword-tipped temperature sensors which can measure the melt temperature along the diameter. The PLC and display system are capable of monitoring and displaying a wide range of data including the melt pressures, temperatures, motor torques, screw speeds, and more. The data can be stored and transferred to a PC. The PLC has an Ethernet interface. In addition, the barrel and the screw are designed in order to meet the user's specifications.
