Steel tank fully bunded, full-load stackable, approved by Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for transportation of hydrocarbons of hazard class III, in accordance with ADR regulation and UN marked. Steel tank, 950 l capacity, made in carbon steel, watertight electro-welded, sandblasted and oven-baked powder coated, equipped with breakwater plates and fixed inside a steel container having the function of protection and impermeable secondary containment that can hold a minimum of 110% of the volume of fuel the inner tank and completed with a double lockable lid. Main characteristics: • - Steel cover consisting of two independent lockable hinged lids gas pistons – operated. • - Top lifting lugs located in the corner supports • - Forklift pockets on each side of the container • - Appropriate anchorage points for fixing during transport. • - Possibility to connect the generator sets even with the cover closed and locked. • - Drainage pipe to empty completely the external container, provided with safety cap. Loading compartment: • - Manhole, diam. Ø 300 mm complete with oil gasket and tight bolted cover. • - Loading access port provided with 3” quick cap. • - Three - effects safety and emergency valve - homologated • - Emergency manual piston pump Refuelling compartment: • - Pump unit, flow rate 40 l/min (option 60 l/min, equipped with battery cable and clamps or connector. • - Digital flow meter mod. K24 and water absorbing filter. • - Flexible rubber hose, length 6 m , complete with automatic fuel nozzle and nozzle holder.
