Description

The AdBlue® dispenser, mod. GPM "IND-ADBLUE®" is a fluid dispenser unit for industrial use, designed and manufactured for dispensing AdBlue® which is aqueous urea solution used in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) to lower NOx concentration in the exhaust emission from Diesel engines. It can be provided with a mechanical or electronic head, one-side or two-sides display; it is also preset for connection with fuel management systems. Standard features: • - Centrifugal pump, brand Lowara, equipped with check valve in the suction line; flow rate 40lt/min. • - Sturdy stainless steel Inox AISI 316 frame. • - Nutating disk displacement flow meter , accuracy + / - 0,5%. • - Flexible hose, brand Elaflex, length 4,5 m. or longer on request. • - Automatic trigger nozzle designed specifically for AdBlue® transfer applications; the shut off device isolates the flow of fluid should the level in the tank reach the end of the delivery spout. • - Electronic head and calculator connected to the integrated pulser. Environmental and working conditions: • - Ambient temperature range: -25°C / +55°C • - Fluid temperature range: -25°C / +25°C. • - Viscosity of fluid: <10-4 m2/s. • - Relative humidity: 5% - 95% non-condensing. • - Climate: Marine, tropical, industrial and tropical. • - Altitude: from sea level to 2000m.
